The Cosma roller coater system applies oil and stain to wood used for panelling, stairs, garden materials, skirting boards, wooden floors and scaffolding wood.The oil or stain is applied using rubber or sponge rubber rollers, which are available in various hardnesses (Shore) to suit your application.
Roller coaters come in a range of operational band widths: 300 mm, 400 mm, 700 mm, 1000 mm and 1300 mm.

The Cosma roller coaters are suitable for coating applying stain or oil on all flat surfaces, such as wood panels such as parquet and wooden floors.
Modular Structure
Cosma machines consist of various modules that can be combined in a range of configurations according to the desired technique/s. Different processing steps can easily be combined in a single production flow. We integrate all the desired units into one or more compact production machines, allowing the entire production flow to be set up optimally and efficiently. For example: by combining distressing units with sanding units.
