This automatic brush sanding machine is equipped with three cylindrical brushes. The Cosma sanding machines are used for a wide range of applications, including furniture, wooden floors, skirting boards and other wall decorations, toys, scaffolding wood, garden wood, decking, doors, windows and window frames.
If you need to sand products with a (multi-sided) profile or multiple sides in a single production run, please view profile sanding and/or robotisation.
Our brushes come with dust covers which have a connection to the dust extraction system, and all our machines are enclosed in a cabin to limit ambient dust and for safety purposes.
For products processed on conveyor belts we deliver machines with an operational band width of 300 mm, 400 mm, 700 mm, 1000 mm and 1300 mm.
